Role Overview

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making. You will oversee multi-channel marketing efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure Yokly’s brand remains competitive and compelling.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with Yokly’s business goals.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine Yokly’s unique value proposition and positioning.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms, including website, email, social media, and paid ads.

Lead Generation & Demand Generation

  • Drive inbound and outbound marketing strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
  • Optimize marketing funnels, from awareness to conversion, using data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Implement marketing automation tools and CRM strategies to nurture leads effectively.

Content & Brand Marketing

  • Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Develop compelling storytelling strategies that showcase Yokly’s mission and impact.
  • Manage SEO, keyword strategies, and website content to enhance online visibility.
  • Partner with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Establish key marketing KPIs and continuously track performance.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to refine messaging, targeting, and channel effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on marketing performance and opportunities.

Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand Yokly’s reach and credibility.
  • Engage with communities, industry groups, and influencers to build brand authority.
  • Support initiatives that integrate Yokly’s social impact mission into marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have:

Experience: 3-5+ years in marketing, preferably in a leadership role within B2B, SaaS, or service-based businesses.
Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding.
Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in analytics tools, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Hands-on Experience: SEO, paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing, and content strategy.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling messaging and campaigns.
CRM & Marketing Tools: Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
