Job Title: Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, and other departments for aligned sales efforts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts to senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in senior sales management, preferably in BPO or telemarketing/sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and motivational skills.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Experience in managing key client relationships, contract negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and English language skills.
  • Result-oriented with a drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Strategic thinker focused on long-term business growth.
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced settings.
  • Backup equipment and stable wired internet with backup.
