Job Title: Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, and other departments for aligned sales efforts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts to senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of proven experience in senior sales management, preferably in BPO or telemarketing/sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and motivational skills.
- Track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Experience in managing key client relationships, contract negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and English language skills.
- Result-oriented with a drive to achieve sales goals.
- Strategic thinker focused on long-term business growth.
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced settings.
