The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and supporting the Sales Team of Yokly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team members in meeting and exceeding goals.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Meet regularly with the team to identify areas for improvement and review career path progress.
- Lead the team to mastery of the sales process, systems, and product knowledge.
- Ensure that the CRM is up to date with accurate information and opportunities.
Requirements & Skills:
- Completed at least 2 years of college.
- 2-3 years of experience as a sales team leader in a solid BPO.
- 2-3 years of experience in telemarketing/sales.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Organized and self-driven.
- Adept at using Google Suite and other related office tools.
- Backup equipment and stable wired internet with backup.
- The primary device should have at least 8 GB of storage or more.
Salary Range:
- Up to 27,500 Php/Month + Sales Bonus
