The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and supporting the Sales Team of Yokly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales team members in meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
  • Meet regularly with the team to identify areas for improvement and review career path progress.
  • Lead the team to mastery of the sales process, systems, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure that the CRM is up to date with accurate information and opportunities.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Completed at least 2 years of college.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a sales team leader in a solid BPO.
  • 2-3 years of experience in telemarketing/sales.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Organized and self-driven.
  • Adept at using Google Suite and other related office tools.
  • Backup equipment and stable wired internet with backup.
  • The primary device should have at least 8 GB of storage or more.

    Salary Range:

    • Up to 27,500 Php/Month + Sales Bonus
